Cartalix is pleased to bring all customers great value and service. Hence Cartalix provides free shipping from our warehouses located around the world.

SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE TO OVER 200 COUNTRIES

Cartalix offers international shipping services to be able to reach all areas of the globe. However, there are some locations that we cannot ship to, or that shipping to is difficult and may take longer than usual wait times. If you happen to be from one of those countries, we will contact you.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

  • Cartalix is not liable if the incorrect address is entered during the checkout process.
  • To make sure that your product(s) are delivered, please ensure your billing and shipping address is correct before finalizing your order. If Cartalix made an error, we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.
  • If the address was incorrectly entered and the shipped package is lost, then the customer is responsible for searching for the package themselves with the courier company.
  • If the package is deemed lost by the courier, Cartalix is not responsible for the replacement. The customer must then order again and ensure the address is correctly entered.
  • If the courier company attempts to deliver the package and is unsuccessful, either because you (customer) are not home, or because you do not have a proper mailbox for the package to be dropped-off, it will now be up to you to contact the courier before they ship the package back to Cartalix (usually after 1 week of failed attempts).
  • The courier will attempt to contact you by phone, email, or leave a message on your door. If the delivery attempts fail and the package is returned back to back to Cartalix, you will be responsible for the shipping charges if you want this to be re-delivered to you.

CUSTOMS

It should be noted that Cartalix is not responsible for any customs fees and/or taxes once the order has been shipped. You are responsible for paying all customs fees and taxes when you receive products from our site. If you purchase items from our site, you consent that one or more packages will be shipped to you and that you may be charged a customs fee and/or tax when those items arrive in your country.

It is important to note that each country and jurisdiction will have its own customs and tax fees based on the amount set forth. There may be changes in these laws from time to time, so it is important for you to stay on top of any changes.

Shipping times varies by geographic location. These are our estimates (after a processing time of 2-5 days* see below)

If the package is delayed a full refund cannot be applied until after the 60th business day.
*This doesn’t include our 2-5 day processing time.
*All shipping times excludes clearance/customs delays
*Shipping time to India, South Africa is 30-60 days due to restrictions and limited carrier options. Please note we are not shipping to India currently, due to Covid-19.
** If the shipment is sent via ePacket due to lack of other carrier options, estimated delivery time is 20-50 days.
***Liquid and Electronic products will take additional 15-20 days.
Due to lockdowns in various countries and regions with respect to COVID-19, there may be additional unforeseen delays in the shipping times. It is our wish that these issues do not affect you greatly in receiving your product.

TRACKING INFORMATION

Cartalix will send an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. However, sometimes due to free shipping, tracking is not available. Please check your junk mail as sometimes these emails can get lost, mis-categorized, or misplaced by various email systems.

OUR TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 3-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the tracking system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.
